Gentle movement, guided breath, and immersive sound come together in this meditative experience. Begin with slow, intuitive movement to open the body, followed by breathwork and meditation to lower us down into a goo, then we begin a sound bath that supports nervous system regulation and emotional healing. Each session includes an optional oracle card pull and space for quiet reflection, offering deeper insight and connection to your inner rhythm. This practice helps you return to your own sacred cadence through the magic of mindful motion and sonic resonance. Travel + Out of Studio sessions always available and will be accompanied by a $50 travel fee |
